This nautical evolution of Vanguard incorporates a wind rose design on the dial as well as compass points on the inner chapter ring to embrace & enhance the seafaring inspiration of the Vanguard Yachting. Applique’ numerals are individually applied – in this case in the non-sequential layout of the Crazy Hours complication, and then individually hand-painted in rich blue enamel. A hand-stitched alligator strap with contrast stitching submerges seamlessly into the stainless steel hull and features 16 more brilliant cut diamonds set into the tang-style buckle. Inserts on both sides complement the marine blue colorway of the dial & stitching, while the starboard-side insert forms a protective keel around the 3-position crown. The full-size V45 Vanguard case is paved with 297 hand-set brilliant cut diamonds in a shimmering compliment to the marine inspired colorway.
